since our first pop-up event in 2017 and then launching our flagship location in 2020, Dig & serve has been delighting campers with locally-sourced and authentically prepared nourishment at their dine in the wild and various private buyout events.

since 2019, dig & serve has collaborated with chef nathan mayes of paloma, esquina, and mañana taco. starting in 2021, they worked togehter to bring you a single annual dining experience at kitfox.

in 2023, we are excited to debut seasonal camp menus designed by dig & serve in collaboration with chef nathan mayes.

dietary restrictions

menus are designed with the majority of dietary restrictions in mind. a variety of family style fare typically includes plant-forward options for vegetarian / vegan and gluten-free.

any other dietary considerations will be accomodated when possible. fee may apply depending on complexity of request.

please provide advance notice (>1 week from stay date) when requesting special meal.
